Not quite great

There were a lot of things wrong with this property, I have stayed at many properties and this one was definitely one of the worst. Switches didn’t work, couldn’t turn the fan off in the bedroom, the towels were tiny, mold in the shower, (moldy musty smell in the entire unit), there were all kinds of condiments in the fridge from 2023, the shelves in the freezer were broken, the bathroom fan didn’t work, kitchen light switch was behind the fridge, huge gap in the storm door (so heat and bugs came in if you didn’t close the wooden door), there was soundproof foam everywhere so not very pretty to look at, and the furniture was cheap and unsturdy. There is no light in the dining room and the closet in one bedroom was locked so we couldn’t put our things in it. I don’t have a whole lot good to say about this property except that that manager/owner was easy to work with and it was the price of a hotel. However, none of these things would’ve flown at a hotel. I would’ve requested a full refund and gone somewhere else. Would not recommend.

The house was very clean, beds were very comfortable, pillows were comfortable. The house is located in a neighborhood across the street from the college, has multiple restaurants nearby. It is an older house that has been renovated but some areas in the house were better than others. Overall it was just what we needed and the location couldn’t have been better. It wasn’t the nicest I’ve stayed in, but I’d stay there again if I had activities I needed to attend in that area.

This was a nice property especially for the price. It wasn’t super clean, but it was fine for us. The tub looked like it had some stains and the bathroom light fixture was pretty dusty but it was still cleaner than my house at home. I would definitely stay there again.

Very clean older duplex. Owner is getting ready to put in a sidewalk and new drive. Very responsive host! So close you can walk to Harding University.

College visit

It was a perfect place for my daughter and I to stay. Neatly decorated. Fridge was full of all kinds of condiments, milk and coffee creamer. Very close to Harding’s main campus. Amanda responded quickly to questions of a late checkout and property was very clean. Highly recommend.
