Great location and views!

Everything was great about this property. The views of the golf course and ocean were excellent and the host Brian was very easy to reach and very helpful with anything you might need. Very clean property, huge balcony, stocked kitchen, and best part is that is it just across the street from the pool and the ocean! We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect Serenity

This Villa is the perfect location. It is right across from the pools, beach and the restaurants. The Villa is updated, clean and cutely decorated. The owner is great and called us as soon as we booked. Brian wanted to make sure we were happy and provided us with activities near by. We will definitely go back.

Spectacular Unit and Location

Absolutely beautifully decorated and comfortable condo with every amenity imaginable. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Breathtaking views from the outside deck with spectacular sunsets. Perfect location to explore the island and beach. Once arrived, did not even need a car. Everything was within walking distance. Would not hesitate for a moment to come back.

Lovely Accommodation for Small Family

Our family of four stayed at Brian's place between Christmas and New Year's Eve. Brian was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. He also gave us clear directions on how to access everything on the island. The apartment is clean and beautifully furnished. The beds were very comfortable. The beach is a short walk from the unit. We enjoyed long strolls and collecting shells. It was rainy while we were there but that didn't keep us from having a great time. It's a beautiful place no matter the weather. We look forward to returning in the future and enjoying more activities on the island. Thank you for being a gracious host Brian!

Great view and stay

We had a nice stay. It was clean and maintained, with great views of the golf course and ocean from the balcony and bedrooms. The location was convenient, with Seabrook's pool and restaurants right across from the condo parking lot. More restaurants, shopping, and groceries are only 12 minutes away at Freshfields Village. And a little further are Kiawah's restaurants (tell their gate you're going to the Ryder Cup bar... the view!!). The condo had all the essentials, including a small kitchen for breakfast or lunch. The beds were comfortable.Host Brian was helpful and responsive, making check-in and communication easy.Overall, it was a nice choice and we’d consider staying again.

Beautiful, clean condo in beautiful Seabrook

Great location for this condo on Seabrook Island. Condo was very clean and tastefully decorated with two spacious bedrooms. The condo boasted a beautiful balcony with views of the golf course and ocean. The owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Personalized and Perfect!

Amazing experience-condo is bright and beautifully furnished, beds comfy, showers great. Patio is HUGE with comfortable furniture for lounging-view of golfers each morning and glimpses of ocean as well. Club pool & restaurants directly across the street. Beach access at pool area was under water during most of the time we were there so had to walk about 1/3 mile to next access, but that was never a problem. So great that our dogs could join us as well. Brian was available within MINUTES of every text or email question and went above and beyond to help us and make our stay perfect. Would definitely rent again:-)

Healing

In a time to heal all that i wanted was an easy, clean space and a seashore. We got it. Our poodle fell in love, as well. The property owner was so helpful and kind, offering an empathetic ear for our loss and my husband's sudden health changes. He kept it easy.

Seabrook Oasis

Property was terrific - pool, beach, and 2 golf courses are all within a short walk of the condo. Plenty of activities to do for the adventurous while the pool and beach are perfect for those simply looking to relax. Brian was also an amazing host - very responsive and thorough with information leading up to our stay. Thank you again, Brian!

This is a lovely condo overlooking the golf course and ocean. The corder unit is perfect in giving you a bit more privacy. the owner is very responsive and available. Seabrook is a little slice of heaven! Would definitely return.

Beautiful condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Seabrook Island Condo. The property was located just next to the beautiful Seabrook Island Golf club and across the street from the beach and pool. The condo was beautiful with new appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. There was a spectacular master walk in shower and two additional bathroom sinks located outside each bathroom which were quite useful for makeup and hair drying. The balcony was lovely with views of the golf course, ocean and even the sunset in the evening. We would definitely return to this property.

Beach vacation

The property is safe and had a golf course view. The path to the beach access was a walking distance to boardwalk 7. Definitely need a vehicle to move around the different amenities. The house was well stocked. Would have loved to have aluminum foil too. Basic spices and sugar and creamer were stocked. Addition of coffee would be good. Overall loved the property! Plus point was dog friendly ❤️

Great Wedding Stay

This was our first time renting anything other than a hotel. We went to Seabrook Island for a wedding and it was a short 2 night stay. Having never been there before or renting a place not a hotel, the whole process was a learning experience. We thought you just show up like you do at a hotel and that’s it. 😂 Lucky for us Brian the owner was excellent and responsive. We learned the island is totally gated so we had to go through a process to get a QR code for a gate pass. Then we learned it is a cashless Island so you need to get an “Amenity” card that is tied to your credit card and is all you use inside the gate. Definitely not simple but Brian did a great job sending me information and getting me the phone number for the Amenity card. Once that was all set we were good to go and able to get right in with no stress after an 8 hour drive and we enjoyed our two days immensely. The unit was gorgeous and has a fantastic balcony and view. Great location for the wedding as it was an easy walk to the ceremony on the water and the reception in the ballroom of the club house. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!
