Geographically speaking, this house was perfect for us, within walking distance to everything from beach to entertainment and convenience store. Close private parking to unite. Justin was a person very accessible to work with, and fair when it came to any issues

Location was excellent! Price was great! Size of the rental was perfect for my group.Some areas were dusty, bathroom could use a paint touch up and a part of the sofa bed came through the sheets and almost cut my daughter while she was sleeping.

Check in process was super easy. We were central to major bars and restaurants. The parking was super helpful and we were a great distance from the beach. Like a 2 minute walk!! I don’t have many complaints. Only thing I could say was we happened to drop something under the bed and it was quite dirty with dust.

Great location for a weekend in SIC

Justin's place was the perfect spot for our weekend in Sea Isle City. The apartment was centrally located to restaurants, bars, and the beach. The bar across the street could get noisy on weekend nights, but that wasn't an issue for us luckily. Justin was also super accommodating and flexible when we asked for an early check-in. Would stay again!

Good location - Very Poor Sleeping Arrangement

Location was good - one block from beach and walkway - bars and restaurants within one block. Sleeping arrangements very poor - one small windowless bedroom with basically a bunk bed arrangement in it (maybe a double at most on the bottom). The other bed was a pullout couch in the living room. Also for the foreseeable future they are doing a major tear down and I assume some rebuild on the large property next door which is a basically a square block. While I was there they had cranes breaking up cement and metal sections - the whole building was shaking that I was in and I thought this building would collapse too!

This is the first time time staying in this condo. The check in process was super easy and the owners were very easy to contact if need be. The location was great between walking distance to the bars and resultants made it easy to get around. It was perfect for the 4 of us to enjoy the week at the beach!
