This charming second-floor condo is perfectly located just a block from the beach and within walking distance to beach bars, restaurants, and parks—everything you need for a fun and relaxing getaway.

The 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with two queen beds and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living room, a dining table for 4 people and a full y equipped kitchenette. The unit is equipped with WiFi and air conditioning to keep you comfortable throughout your stay. Bath towels, kitchen towels, beach towels are not provided.

Our host was very responsive and the condo was nicely appointed and clean but we were very disappointed in the size and humidity problem. The Expedia listing didn’t have sq footage and the pictures were elongated making it appear much bigger. In addition the condo was very humid with the air conditioning on constantly & has a definite moisture issue as the rattan waste basket was completely moldy. We checked out a day early after finding a more suitable option. Overall the condo property had a nice pool, was clean, had a nice patio area and was very close to the beach. It is really a hotel room like Marriott Courtyard size /no more. We expected more of a real condo/ apartment size. I appreciate that the Host has updated the Expedia listing to now include the actual size/sq footage.
