Great views, pool and hot tub. Friendly helpful staff especially Lisa and Stephanie. Food at ICONA Windrift next door is amazing.

Beautiful hotel and great rooms. Loved having a balcony to sit on in the morning. So convenient for beach access. Decent breakfast and the Brew Pub. Biggest issue was payment. Prepaid here on Orbitz and then was charged again at check out. After explaining I already paid, the staff member seemed annoyed and said I was only going to be charged the service fee, which I expected. Logged into my credit card account after getting home and find I was charged again for the whole stay. After a phone call, it is getting sorted out. Unfortunate the employee at checkout either didn't understand what I was explaining or didn't want to figure it out. But overall good stay!
This older hotel has been transformed beautifully into a modern beach hotel with an LA flair on the Jersey shore. Our room was sufficient for a night or two, but the bathroom was quite small. The beds were comfortable, it had a great kitchenette section and wardrobe. The staff was helpful in getting us checked in early so we could get ready for a wedding and not have to check in late after the reception. the only negative was a good amount of hair on the bathroom floor.
It should be noted that my stay was during the winter. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was. Right on the beach. Very clean and the room was super nice. I was most impressed by the staff. So pleasant and accommodating. Top notch hotel.
