I loved it. The only problem I had was showing up at 2000 hours (8 pm) and most the restaurants were closing so I wasn't able to eat dinner. I was too tired to roam around. The dinner the following night was delicious though.

I can understand why this hotel gets such high ratings on hotels.com. It is excellent! The service at the reception desk was particularly noteworthy and their help to get castle tour tickets was appreciated. My only negative comment is that, since breakfast did not close until 10am, we were still emerging from the shower at 9am. The room cleaners were already entering the room before 9am! This happened for three out of four of our nights.
