We did not stay at the property. We drove by to check it out. Location 100% inaccurate. Advertised as 3 min walk to beach. More like a 20 minute walk, on a very busy, dirty, crowded road. The home looked great, if you are able to look past the junk cars surrounding the area. The dirty, rundown area the home is located in did not appear to be safe to walk to and from the beach. Especially at night. Would have loved to give the apparent a try. We were not ok with the area.

Nice to be outside the city center

The host was very attentive to questions and on what’s app. He set us up with a golf cart, always very responsive in a timely manner. Accommodations were clean, didn’t know we could ask for the housekeeper to clean mid-week. Was a little loud, roosters and dogs barking, but I had earplugs. I never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful stay in Sayulita!

We loved this place! It’s located in a local neighborhood with a short walk to town. We loved the pool and roof top deck, the place was immaculate. We were only staying one night in Sayulita and didn’t need the kitchen, but we were grateful for the full size refrigerator and amenities. We will definitely come back!

The map and description place this property right in the middle of Sayulita, which is where we wanted to be.Sayulita Square - 1 min walkSayulita Beach - 3 min walkThe reality is that this property is 20-30 min walk from town, across a busy road and in a very run-down and loud neighborhood. The home itself was fine, but it was surrounded by an empty lot full of junk and very loud roosters on one side (yes, roosters who went on all night), and construction on the other side. There was jack-hammering beginning at 6am on Sunday morning. The two nights we were there (cut short from 7 nights), we did not sleep well at all.

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was exactly what we expected. However, the place is not a 2 or 5 minute walk from the beach. It’s closer to a 18/20 minute walk.Jonathan, our host, was very receptive to our needs and helped us in many ways. Good job , Jonathan

Great spot in local neighborhood

Spent 10 nights at the property and loved it. 10 to 15 minute walk to beach and square not steep. It's Mexico so expect some dog, roosters, and traffic noise but generally quiet at night, much more so than beach area
