It was literally the cleanest hotel I had ever seen.

I adored my stay here! I was new to Mexico and Sayulita, and the staff helped me so much! The physical plant is immaculate and extremely beautiful, its open air plan (except in the rooms, of course!) provides passive lighting to public areas and rainwater to all plants, and yoga instruction is second to none! Best of all? The staff is absolutely lovely and friendly. I will definitely return for a far longer stay with my husband!

The place is lovely, quiet, comfortable, clean and beautiful. It is a really good place, totally worth the $. The breakfast and the staff are wonderful. It only needs new faucets that don't leak on the sink counter. Otherwise it is excellent.

We enjoyed our stay in the north neighborhood of the city. Very close to the action downtown, but away from all the noise. The hotel is very welcoming- and clean- you come off the street surrounding the hotel to a reprise from the dusty, unkempt area. The breakfast was included, typical Mexican style- starts at 8:30am. The yoga classes were in full swing and it seemed many people came from outside the hotel to attend. Sayulita is a party place - food is great and many choices from street tacos to American prices at many places.

I will preface by saying the staff we very friendly and helpful. The lobby and common spaces were kept very clean. Our room was not. During our 6 night stay, our room was cleaned only once. I had to go to the front desk about every other day to ask for TOILET PAPER. They give signs to put on your door saying “please clean this room”. We had the sign on for 48 hours and no one came to check our room. I would say I shouldn’t complain, but for $140 usd per night, I would expect a little more. I had to ask for fresh towels multiple times. Our dirty towels sat on the bathroom floor for DAYS until someone came to check. I wouldn’t be mad if it wasn’t $140 a night. Again, very very nice people, but I expected to be taken care of a bit more.

A nice little hotel. No more than two stars though and not for everyone: the included breakfast is a very limited set menu that is missing the basic eggs. When we asked for plain eggs we were told they are very busy to prepare this for us. See pictures of how “busy” the lady at breakfast was. The room we stayed in had a mold problem and wasn’t very sound-proof. If you’re a light sleeper, you want to find yourself another place to stay in Sayulita.

Great place!

I loved Hotelito Los Suenos. Staff were superb in every way. They even assisted in helping to reclaim a Visa credit card I mistakenly left at the airport in Puerto Vallarta. Unbelievably helpful and accomodative staff. And the complimentary breakfasts were also superb! Cannot say enough good things about this property. I will be back again.

The hotel staff were so lovely and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Hi Hanna! We understand that you feel you were not taken care. I wish you had told us about this situation while you were here, we have a time limit to perform room cleanings and that goes until 3pm. We really appreciate that you recognize our staff and the areas in general. We hope you can give us another change and come back soon. Have a good one!
