Casa Sawyer cerca de las dunas de Warren con piscina climatizada.

Esta casa está ubicada en el lado del lago de la Red Arrow Highway. El establecimiento se encuentra a 15 minutos a pie de la playa de Warren Dunes. O puede conducir hasta allí, lo que solo tomará de 3 a 5 minutos (estamos tan cerca). Hay un camino que puede caminar desde nuestra propiedad que lo lleva directamente a las dunas (proporcionamos un mapa). También proporcionamos a todos nuestros huéspedes un pase de estacionamiento para Cherry Beach, ubicado a 15 minutos.
Cuando entras eres recibido por un agradable porche en tu porche para tu disfrute. Arriba hay una gran cocina, equipada con lo esencial, lavavajillas, lo que sea que necesite para preparar comidas maravillosas. Tenemos un área de comedor y una acogedora sala de estar. Hay 3 dormitorios arriba con camas de matrimonio en cada uno de ellos. Hay un baño completo arriba con ducha / bañera y un lavabo doble.

En la planta baja, tenemos nuestra gran sala familiar con 2 sofás que se convierten en camas de tamaño completo. Para los niños y adultos hay dos camas individuales y cada una tiene una cama nido doble. Hemos instalado un televisor en la planta baja con DVD para los niños, y tenemos una sala de juegos equipada con juegos para jugar.

Sorpresa, hay una segunda cocina en la planta baja que conduce al patio trasero y la piscina. Con dos cocinas, esta casa puede manejar cualquier necesidad de cocina para cualquier reunión grande.

Tenemos una piscina climatizada de agua salada para el disfrute de los huéspedes. (Para las familias de niños más pequeños, el acceso a la piscina está cercado y tiene una cerradura por seguridad) Proporcionamos toallas e inflables para sus necesidades de piscina. Y, por supuesto, hay una lavadora / secadora disponible para usted después de esos días de playa de arena. El grupo está CERRADO actualmente para la temporada y volverá a abrir en 2020.

Afuera hay una hoguera con asientos para relajarse y disfrutar de cómodas noches en Michigan. El establecimiento está muy cerca de la autopista Red Arrow para que pueda explorar los numerosos lugares de interés de la zona.

Owner was very easy to communicate with

Rented the cottage for a long weekend pre-busy season. The cottage was a very large space with plenty of amenities and a short walk to the lake. Surrounding neighborhood was great as well. Will look to return next year. Pet friendly was a huge bonus.

Fantastic Family Vaca

The house is beautiful. Just about any thing you need for day to day living was made available. We didn’t want to go out. We cooked every night, not wanting to go to a restaurant. It was a wonderful family experience. The memories will last forever.

This is the second time we've stayed at Rosie's Cottage. Nile's (owner) is very easy to work with and answers questions promptly. The property itself is wonderful with the pool, the privacy, the convenient location, the quiet neighborhood, and all the nearby attractions and beaches.

Great rental for families!

I would like to say as little as possible, in order to keep this gem to ourselves, haha. Everything was perfect for our family of 5, kids 13, 11 and 7 were all able to be entertained and to find space away from the others when needed :) Location was great for Weko beach, our favorite since no stairs and real bathrooms. I'll gladly pay the $15 pkg for a day of beach conveniences! But back to the house - stocked with everything you need, LOTS of bath and beach towels, all the kitchen things, even foil and saran wrap - which seems weird to mention until you've had a couple of no frills rentals. Pool was a nice distraction and around 6 ft deep at most, so made it easier for our youngest swimmer to still tool around. Lots of pool toys outisde, and plastic dishes/glasses in the downstairs kitchen for outside. Garage has all your baby and beach items, really I can't think of anything that wasn't available! Basement was refreshingly not oogy (iykyk),and the bathroom down there has been nicely updated. 5 stars for sure! Just don't reserve our week next year :)

A great long weekend

Extremely clean, updated home. Kitchen was very well stocked. I contacted the owner a few times with questions, and was answered immediately. We lucked-out with perfect, sunny weather, so spent our time at the pool. The screened-in front porch was our favorite place to gather.

Sawyer and neighboring towns are wonderful. The house is perfectly set up for a multi-family vacation. The house provided activities to keep the kids busy when they weren’t in the pool. Highly recommend!

Well stocked home!

This property has everything you need for a great stay - and that’s coming from 5 rather picky “mature” females. This is probably the most well stocked kitchen we have ever had, and there are tons of towels and blankets. They even have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The house is a good setup, and we practically lived outside in the nice and clean pool area. If there’s one thing I would consider changing, it would be the ladder getting into the pool - it’s kind of wobbly. The host is amazingly responsive. You really can’t go wrong with this rental.

A wonderful stay!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Niles' home! It is in a great location and the house comes with everything you might need. It's really nice to be close to Lake Michigan, but also have access to a heated pool. If you need anything, Niles is great with communication! We look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful house - great pool!

We were 6 adults and 3 children. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and pool. The house was very well equipped with anything needed. Although we intended to visit the nearby Dunes, we so enjoyed the pool area that we never left the house for other activities.

Nice & Convenient

We enjoyed staying at this house and think it would be even more fun in the summer months with Warren Dunes being super close and being able to use the pool and fire pit. It was still an awesome house to stay at and make memories with our family that we don’t see often.

Family get together

This is a well appointed/supplied property. Three upstairs bedrooms are very nice. Sleeping arrangements in basement are good but by nature of it's location a bit dark/cool/damp. Pool was a nice addition but we spent most of the time at the beach.

Wonderful Stay

This is our second time renting this house and this experience was just as good as the last one. Everything is clean and well maintained. Niles is very responsive and helpful. The pool is a great option for when the lake is too cold or the currents too rough. Our kids love that they can take over the whole lower level. The house is well stocked with basics (which some rentals can be stingy on) as well as some really nice to haves like shampoo, conditioner, beach towels, etc. It's just such a great spot so close to Warren Dunes, Greenbush, Sawyer Market, Captain Mikes, etc. We never had to go more than a few miles the whole week we were there. I'm sure we'll be back again!
