Fully screened in balcony looks over river & you can sit and watch the sunset.
Large covered Ground Level area with it's own bathroom and washroom with a bbq grill available for your use.

Easy access via car or RV. Your are 5 mins away from restaurants, public boat ramp, fishing areas, golf course and 15 mins from Savannah, Tn. Drive up to the steps that access the first floor.
