Recently refurbished, this 1893 historical cottage offers guests plenty of space for visiting the Art Coast. The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a generous sized yard on the “hill” in Saugatuck. It is just outside of city limits and is walkable to downtown along with quick access to the Blue Star Trail. It is also less than a half a mile to Ivy House wedding and event venue. This adorable and charming cottage offers a wonderful space for creating memories with friends and family.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
