I love everything about this hotel and stay here everytime im in Saskatoon. My only critic is the breakfast. The hot food is awful and it’s always the exact same and cold.

My expectations were low, but I was still disappointed in several ways. Little things, like only one water cup, decaf coffee only, and no extra towels available. But bigger things, like the waffle maker not working, and a poor breakfast in general, not like the photo on the website. Twice staff entered our room without knocking, one of those was with the do not disturb sign on the door. The staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be, despite the poor facilities. I won't be back.
