Decent but not the nicest

Nice little place but was not the cleanest. There were ants crawling about. Beds were nice. There were not many cooking utensils or supplies

I had no idea what to expect with this property, but what a pleasant surprise to walk in and find it smelling clean and fresh. Despite its size, it was, in some ways, better equipped than an expansive home we had rented earlier that week. The air conditioning was powerful, the television sharp and clear, and the shower clean and stocked with soap and shampoo. My only frustration was that on the departure list was the instruction to "please take your trash and recycling to the closest designated trash area. I didn't know where that was, and when I tried to ask at the office, there was no one there, so I had to leave them. But I will definitely return. The tiny house is everything I need within seven minutes of the best beach in America!

There was a small problem in the unit, but I emailed the management with pictures and they answered right away and fixed it the next day. The unit was spacious and comfortable.

Upon entry we were hammered with the smell of a glade pug-in. No thank you. Felt like an unsafe area and it was somewhat hard to find. I would not go for a walk in the neighborhood. We were there less than 30 minutes and abandoned the Tiny house, the Pelican. Forfeiting almost $300. That is a lot for a night stay. I know they were hit with some weather, but it doesn't appear that any repairs were made. Non-refundable. :(

The tiny home was very clean and was efficiently arranged. The loft bed was up a staircase that was a little challenging to navigate but was not impossible. The communication with the tiny homes people was very thorough. The tv remote didnt seem to work but we didnt need tv. The location was convenient. This would be a nice little place for a young couple or single person.

Nice little spot close to Siesta Key Beach.Even has an outdoor stage.I like entertaining and it looks like a perfect place to practice.i really did not mind being in the Tiny House it kind of felt like a Hollywood prop.Anyway this is Hollywood and you are in my world.Love is everything.

Nice change of pace from hotels!

Really enjoyed our visit, and the space was perfectly sized for us. The location is great, nice and quiet but close to everything. Only negatives were the light infiltration, as the curtains don't really do much and there are streetlights in the area. Some blackout shades would make it much nicer. Mechanicals also run loud, and the TV situation isn't good unless you're very Roku savvy, but I'd give it an 8 out of 10.

Very cute tiny house. Property was a little dog eared but I am sure it’s from the hurricanes. You need to be nimble to get up to loft and definitely sober. I would stay again 3 nights was just enough. The staff were very friendly and attentive with any concerns we had.

We loved our tiny home stay. Was super easy to get to the beach areas but we didn't have to deal with the crazy crowds and congestion all night long. The side street was quiet and safe. The shower was amazing!

The tiny house was really cute and had a good set up, but the green lifeguard stand house had some issues. The front door was hard to open. The internet went in and out. No local channels on Roku TV. The handle on the toilet came off when we flushed and we had to repair it. The microwave interior was rusted and coating flaking off. Disgusting!
