Mi peor experiencia. Al llegar a este lugar no apareciĆ³ mi reservaciĆ³n no habĆ­a disponibilidad para mi , yo con mis dos niƱas una de un aƱo y medio me sentĆ­ muy mal con esta mal experiencia, Expidia me reo calizo en otro lugar q por cierto muy buen lugar . Pero para mi pase por mal momento

Experiencia Ćŗnica, debido a tener todo como una casa pero en pequeƱa... no me gusto que Dali y pero as de 2 casa mas abajo estaban en nuestra ducha afuera sin notificarme el manager y en la noche y en la noche se oĆ­a personas depositando basura en los vote de mi renta teniendo los suyos. Verificar bien las ventanas dado a que las mia estĆ”n abiertas. Las de la entrada. Lo demĆ”s muy muy bellos / cĆ³modo / tranquilo / relajante / quiero volver con la familia para disfrutar mucho mĆ”s ā¤ļøšŸ™šŸ„°

The tiny house we stayed in had a ladder to climb to upstairs.If you are handicapped or elderly you would not be able to stay in this tiny house. Our biggest complaint was the sewer smell that never left The house could really use darker privacy curtains.Each house could use there own broom and dustpan to sweep up sand from outside so it doesn't end up in your bed.Which is only a mattress on the floor.I know this was a great place in the beginning but could really use some up keep.

First time in a tiny house

House was cute from the outside, inside looked totally different than the pictures on the site. The house shook when somebody walked from one side to the other. Bed was uncomfortable, futon was also uncomfortable. The bathroom door didnā€™t close. Lots of damage to the baseboards throughout the house. Check in process and communication was easy and good. This was our first time in a tiny house and will definitely be the last.

We stayed in the Yellow Tiny House and while I am VERY grateful to have found a place to stay on such short notice for a family medical emergency. HOWEVER... we requested an early check in at the time we made the reservation and even offered to pay the extra $30, but they really made no attempt to clean the place early, in fact they were STILL cleaning it when we arrived (for the second time) at 3:20pm (they didn't offer to compensate us for being late in cleaning it though) And the AC did NOT adequately cool the tiny home... it was hot and miserable until about 11:00pm when it finally cooled off enough to at least relax. Our other MAJOR complaint is that, while these units are really cute in the picture they have online... it did NOT have the same couch as in the photos, it was a BROKEN futon that took about 20 minutes to rig together to work as a bed. The wifi was VERY intermittent and TV took forever to get anything on it and kept freezing up. The entire place smelled like cheap Pine-Sol and mildew and the flooring throughout the home felt like you were about to fall through it... these places need A LOT OF MAINTENANCE... can't believe they get away with charging so much for what could be a really great place if they would just do the proper maintenance.

I like the coziness of experiencing a tiny house. The beach was very close by. Enjoyed my visit with my son who lived 9 minutes away. I did not enjoy the people that live down the road that were cursing and yelling at the tiny house renter saying we are ruining the neighborhood.

The people that we dealt with were Great. Very accommodating and helpful. They have a nice outdoor entertainment area with fire boxes, a fire pit and outdoor televisions. They have several different units to choose from. Looking forward to going back in the near future. Very close proximity to Siesta Key Beach and trolley service available for easy access to the beach or the village.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Tiny House Siesta! We were in the Seashell, which was just darling and very comfortable. The house itself was a nice 20-25 minute walk from the beach, and had plenty of amazing restaurants around, also within walking distance. Overall, our stay was just perfect and I hope I get to come back and perhaps stay in one of the other tiny houses!
