Perfect and Easy
We loved our stay at this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home! The home was very updated and clean, the communication clear, and we really enjoyed the property. It was the perfect amount of space for our needs. We used it as home base to attend spring training and visit nearby family. Would definitely stay here again!

High hopes big letdown
The house itself is very nice recently renovated inside although sadly abused by the many renters coming in and out constantly. The backyard has a deck that’s constantly filled with tree debris and the rest of the yard is loose rocks which your dog will find amusing looking for other dog smells. The neighborhood has zero amenities and is not walking distance to anything. The park has 2 pools out of commission most of the time. Management company very nice to deal with. If you’re looking for a place to stay with nothing to do or see, this is great. Super quiet area if that helps.

Smaller than it looks
The place was clean in the main areas. We found a couple of bugs but once we collected them no others were found throughout our stay. The place is definitely smaller than it appears in the pictures. I was asked if I need anything that I could reach out so I requested for a full body mirror (they only have vanity mirror in the bathrooms) but I never heard back from the property manager. Other than those things the place is well kept.

We visit Sarasota every year for Thanksgiving and were happy to come across this property. The whole house was recently renovated and they did an amazing job. Beds and pillows were comfortable house was super clean and it had all the basic necessities that you would need from your home away from home.
