I’ve stayed at Home2 Suites several times before and always had good experiences, but unfortunately this time was very disappointing. The pillow was terrible—tiny and extremely uncomfortable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Also, breakfast is supposed to run until 9 AM, but by 8:30 there was barely anything left and no refills were made. To make matters worse, the hotel was full and there was only one waffle machine working, which created long lines and a frustrating experience. I had even recommended this hotel to friends who stayed with me—and I was embarrassed by the experience. Sadly, I won’t be recommending this hotel anymore. I really hope they take these concerns seriously.
