The place was nice and clean, post a contemporary and quiet luxury vibe. Seamless check in and out process. Staffs were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. One small suggestion is that the dishes and utensils were stored under the sink cabinet and its not ideal as moisture collected underneath the kitchen sink and make the dishes smell.

It’s a tidy modern hotel located in the party area Susukino but luckily in a quiet street. Our room was very small - basically just the bed fit in. The breakfast was ok but very limited. The spa with an onsen and sauna is nice even if it gets very crowded in the evenings. I would say that this hotel is meant for youngsters.

The Fav Lux Hotel Sapporo was decent overall, but its location made things tricky. It’s quite a walk from the nearest station, which isn’t ideal, especially when you’re dragging suitcases through the snow. The room itself was a compact tatami-style space, clean and comfortable enough for a short stay, but the distance would make me think twice about staying again.

I love that we were able to enjoy a brand new facility. Western style beds were very comfortable. Free breakfast and amenities like pajamas, umbrella and bath sundries were a treat. Checkout is a bit earlier than North American standards but extra charge of 5000 yen is not bad for the extra 2H.

We stayed a total of 6D5N and housekeeping was only done ONCE on the 4th day throughout the entire stay. It gets pretty dusty and messy Though thrash is cleared and towels changed daily just by leaving it at the door. Convenience is the washer+dryer and “kitchenette” with crockery and cutlery provided. Nothing else to shout about. Our stay includes breakfast however the options are limited and disappointing. Corn soup runs out fast and it doesn’t even fill the small glass. So it either corn soup or yoghurt together with Main + hot drink. The dining is at the lobby so there is no dedicated space. Everyone who is checking in/checking out/having their bf/just waiting around, are all cramped at the limited lobby area. There is in particular a service staff with short colored hair, who was quite rude. I won’t say it’s the language barrier but it’s her tone of voice and body language that shows annoyance. The hotel is also 15mins walk to the train station by foot. Expect slightly longer time in snowy weather. Parking space is limited as well. So if you drive, have to be back before 7pm else all the lots are taken and you have to park somewhere else.

おしゃれなパジャマがあったがＨＰでの記載が分かりづらい。持っていかなければよかった。 わかりやすく記載してほしいです。 それ以外は最高に快適でした！ 広い、おしゃれ、サウナの充実など、リーズナブルなのにここまで気を配った施設は他にないです。 他のファブさんにも泊まりたいです。 あと、個人的はもっと早くチェックインしてサウナを楽しみたかった。 朝サウナは空いていて快適でしたが、よかっただけに心残りでした。 また、大阪に行った際には利用したいです。
