Acho que o preço condiz com a hospedagem. O valor é bem acessível para um quarto em SP. Tirando a recepção que tive, que não foi muito "friendly" o resto foi bom. Quando cheguei, eu esqueci que existia um código para abrir o portão e o dono foi bem ríspido comigo. Achei nada amigável tratar assim um cliente. Mas, quanto a hospedagem em si, valeu a pena.

Equipe bastante simpática. Porém, o quarto que fiquei e os banheiros não possuem janelas ou ventilação. Estava disponível apenas um ventilador minúsculo que quase não fazia vento. Cobertas e toalhas com cheiro forte de cloro.
