Staff were welcoming and friendly. Bathroom walls needed cleaning due to some splatter. Overall a little run down and could do with some updating. Main issue was that the air conditioner was on but did not cool the bedroom where it was stationed ar all. There was no cool air at all on any setting. I reported this but nothing was done and no alternate room offered so a very uncomfortable couple of sleepless nights.
