Bom apartamento mas podem melhorar a experiência

O apartamento em si não é ruim, mas tem detalhes que podem ser melhorados para uma melhor experiência dos hóspedes. A limpeza é muito básica, tá precisando de uma faxina caprichada. Tinha pouco detergente pra lavar as louças, não tinha pano de prato, cortina solta. Na descrição dizia que tinha máquina de café expresso e por isso escolhi essa opção, mas não tinha. Pedi auxílio, disseram que resolveriam, mas não me retornaram. Apenas uma manta fina no frio que estava em SP. Tudo bem que enviaram mensagem antes avisando sobre isso, mas como estava viajando a trabalho e de avião não consegui levar uma outra coberta na mala. Enfim, o apartamento não é ruim, se cuidarem de pequenos detalhes pode ajudar muito na experiência e conforto do hóspede. A vista do apartamento é linda e só fico nesse prédio por causa das comodidades que acabam compensando.

Apartamento extremamente sujo e empoeirado, chão com cabelo e restos de alimentos, mesas sujas, sofás com sujeira (inclusive são usados como cama para o terceiro hóspede), banheiros não foram limpos após a última hospedagem. Já havia avaliação ruim no Hotels.com, mas achei que fosse pontual e arrisquei. O apartamento é até legal, mas não ficaria novamente. Não vale a pena o estresse de chegar na sua acomodação e ter que ficar pedindo limpeza e roupas de cama e toalhas extras, uma vez que éramos 3 hóspedes e só havia para 2.

Hospedagem mais suja que já fiquei

Sou hóspede constante de imóveis de temporada. Honestamente, essa foi a hospedagem mais suja que fiquei. Lençóis com manchas, poeira embtodos os móveis, cabelos e pêlos espalhados por todos os cantos. Lamentável, uma vez estrutura do prédio e localização são excelentes.
