Beautiful 1 Bedroom Beachfront Condo on Taiba Beach

Comfortable 1 bedroom condo right on the beach with spectacular views and recent updates. Condo is clean, safe, and secure with full time care taker. This 3rd story unit provides great views, a king bed, and sleeps 4 with sofa sleeper. Hammock is available for use on veranda. Condo includes 5G internet capable of streaming netflix etc., refrigerator/freezer, air conditioning in the bedroom, gas stovetop, air fryer, blender, kitchen ware and variety of kitchen utensils. A pool, laundry, modest fitness room, and barbeque area are available on the property ground floor. Property gate allows direct beach access and the surf is about 100 meters away.

Vehicle is recommended, uber, taxi, and rental cars are readily available at the airport. The condo in New Taiba is approximately 75 kilometers from the Fortaleza airport. The fishing village of Taiba is minutes away and features all expected services: fresh fish markets, restaurants, beach bars, gas stations, spa services etc. The weather is sunny, breezy, and 85 degrees most of the year with some rain during the rainy season.

Peace and tranquility are strong features of a guest stay at Taiba Beach Gardens New Taiba. Life here is generally very stress free. Surfing, kitesurfing and boogie boarding are common. The white sand beaches adjacent to the condo are not at all commercialized and on a weekday you may find yourself alone on the beach. A fresh water lagoon is 2 kilometers up the beach and is popular on weekends.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a dining table.

Very tranquil peaceful stay. The view is great, the pool is refreshing, and the caretaker is wonderful. I would recommend this place if you need to recharge and slow down. The town is not far, for great restaurants and more action if that is what you are looking for.

Excelente opção para uma temporada tranquila

Eu e meu marido adoramos o local e o apto. Queríamos um local tranquilo para uma temporada de descanso e atendeu muito bem as nossas expectativas. O apto é amplo, ventilado, com uma vista maravilhosa do nascer do sol. O final de tarde na praia, exercícios na piscina.... Na maioria dos dias, cozinhamos a nossa própria comida. Mas a vila tem ótimas opções de restaurantes e de lazer, além de um mirante com vista para toda a extensão da praia. Somos gratos a Deus por esta semana de férias.
