DO NOT STAY HERE
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had booking with a vacation rental company. They are super sketchy and will lie and not disclose information that is important to your visit until it is too late to cancel. They do not have any place to hold your bags despite what they say. You cannot make changes that are reflected in VRBO because they use their own system. I didn’t get a receipt and couldn’t even figure out how much they charged me because it wasn’t billed through VRBO, even the customer service agent couldn’t help me find this information. They require you to use WhatsApp to arrange check in instead of VRBO messaging and you can only message their booking team on VRBO not anyone at the actual property and both teams will provide you with completely different information. We had to unfortunately cancel this stay last minute on our end because of the lies that were given to us and were still messages day of that our room was ready. Use extreme caution if you are going to stay here and deal with this company.
