well when I get there they show me a room really bad , I tell him if they have another room and he says yes but I have to paid more which I did , it was only 2 shower towel , no toilet papers I went to ask for it, no tv working he went 2 times to fix it but never work we have to left before because my wife was nerves been there, EXPIDEA you have to send somebody to check facilities before advertising on this page.

A romantic get away

This was my second stay at Parco De Caribe. After I booked I called spoke with Eliezer who is extremely friendly and customer service oriented . I asked and without hesitation for extra services as I was on a romantic getaway and wanted to surprise my girlfriend. My requests were met and exceeded my expectations my girlfriend was wowed and grateful . Thank you very much Eliezer for taking care of my requests the other hotel employees also assisted . The hotel is great. My requests were met my girlfriend glad. The staff customer oriented. Shout out to Eliezer and team. My romantic get away made spectacular. Thank you very much
