Our stay was amazing from beginning to end. Our place was clean and comfortable. The pool area, rooftop bar and servers were fantastic. The reception people were always so welcoming and nice. Pros: Superior room is wonderful, clean, bed is comfy, views are amazing. Roof top pool and bar just bring this luxury suites to another level. Great exercise room along with a kids area. High end accommodations. Cons: I needed to do a small load of laundry, and they do not include even one tide pod. I had to go buy laundry detergent for a short stay which got thrown out. Also, They give you 2 bottles of water with no access to filtered water like other places. The biggest con (this is this reason for the 4 stars). I arranged transportation to the airport paying $55.00 for a one way through the hotel. The vehicle that showed up to bring us to airport should have never even been on the road. It was a run down, dirty van with many of the service/tire lights on. So stressful!!! It was horrible!
