Thank you to the owners. My family and I have stayed in Watercolor, and nearby, numerous times over the years. We would recommend this property. Having the cart and easy access to the grocery nearby was very convenient. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful house with great floor plan!

Fantastic stay at this beautiful house with a great floor plan for entire family. The house was very clean and the location was perfect and close to everything. The 6 seat golf cart was very handy to use to get around. We would definitely recommend this place to stay and the hosts/property manager provided excellent customer service.

PERFECT VACATION

Our stay at Watercolor was perfect in every way! This home was soooooooo clean and sooooo beautifully decorated! If I could give more than five stars I would! And even better we got to bring our pet with us! We also loved having the golf cart for traveling around Watercolor! This will be the place that i look first to book when I come back to Watercolor.

Perfect location for large family

The house was perfect for our family. It was very close to the Publix grocery store (walking distance, biking, golf cart). But, it was well shielded from the busy store parking lot. The house was located on a quiet, quaint street. Plenty of parking for other family members. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Easy access to the Dragonfly pool as well as the other Water Color amenities. 5 stars all around.

The kitchen had all we needed to cook/grill while we were there. Great Place!

This is an amazing house in a great location! Would have given 5 stars for all categories but we did have quite a few ants, but then again Florida and the time of year it didn't bother us too much. Otherwise the place was very very clean. Check-in we had a bit of a hiccup, took about 40 minutes, but the property management stayed in contact the whole time and eventually got us in. Overall great experience. Golf cart and other amenities was a huge perk. thanks!

The adults sat on screened in front porch every morning and enjoyed coffee and email time. We had issue getting into house on our end (total user error!), and the management company was so helpful and quick to respond. House very well stocked. Loved the bath robes - such a nice touch!

Any small issue was handled asap with the help of Jamie. Thank You. THe golf cart was the problem. 1 of 2 front lights were out, steering was horrible this cart needed much overdue maintance. My son-inlaw owns GC company here in PTC this was an old model that needed a total overhaul. Safety should be 1st and it wasn't honored.

Reviewer Comments: After looking at multiple properties in Watercolor, I decided to pick this particular property, particularly because we had such a time last year with 360 Blue.We received our text that our house was ready. It took a few minutes to find the house because the house numbers aren’t overly visible. We were given a code to get in. It didn’t work and I started to panic because they were closed but had a number to call. I called and left a message and sent a text and started to worry. All that was cured when we received a call back within minutes with a code to get in and were given another one to use the rest of our stay. The man on the phone was very calm even when I wasn’t. Once we got in, everything was wonderful. The house was very clean, unlike previous rentals. Keys and wristbands were right where we could find them. The master on the 2nd floor bed was absolute heaven. It’s rare for me to be somewhere that I actually like the bed. It was very firm but plush. All bathrooms had plenty of towels. All bedrooms were apparently comfortable except the one on the main floor. The main floor bathroom and closet were GIANT! Liked the opened space downstairs. The sofa is great for young people but if you’re older, you will need several pillows so you can get back up. I rate on overall stay and customer service when something happens. We got a flat tire on the golf cart late one evening not far from the house. This was at the very beginning of our stay. I sent a message through VRBO and called them first thing in the morning and the gentleman that answered said he was just emailing to say someone would be over shortly to fix it. Someone came right away before we had left for the day and fixed it. I was so happy. You definitely want the cart. It’s great for hopping to wherever, Seaside for breakfast, shopping, the Beach Club or whatever as parking is easier to find with a golf cart. It sat 6 people so it was perfect fo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 15th year coming to Watercolor. The property was OK but the photos are deceptive as the property is old and the furniture and bedding need updating, the kitchen is not well appointed and there were no extra blankets provided, no throw blankets, and there were not enough hangers in each closet. We would not rent this house again.

I had sent the owner a message and she responded in a timely manner. Glass Casa was equally responsive to me throughout my experience. The house was beautiful - very clean, very comfortable and well maintained. Bikes and a golf cart were included and provided a fun experience for us. Proximity to Publix and beaches/pools was great! The written instructions were very detailed and everything found was as expected. We will definitely return and/or use Glass Casa Properties to try another rental. Kudos to all involved!

Beautiful home and great location. Glad a golf cart is included to make getting to/from beach easy and fast. Did have a couple things requiring assistance but property management was very responsive. Great vacation.

Great Stay!

We only stayed 2 nights out of the 5 because it was so crowded and rained non stop but it was still a lot of fun. The place is really beautiful - very spacious and clean. The property manager was great and even during after hours, she gave me her personal cell number to handle any issues. She got right back to me on a few trivial questions, and I appreciated that very much. If the weather was better and it wasn’t so crowded, we would have had a blast. The beds and bathrooms were clean, cozy, and nicely appointed.
