Absolutely gorgeous property practically on the beach. Would 100 stay here again. Clean. Fully stocked with everything (house wise) you could need. Beds were so comfortable. Cotton (not microfiber) sheets. Loved everything.

Perfectly Wonderful location - got two worlds - the vibe of a fun little town and the beauty of the Gulf. Both areas walkable - you’re in the surf drinking in the gorgeous sun sets or in a pub drinking …in minutes. The house is very attractively decorated and beds comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked. Three complaints - Grill pretty beat up - worn out - uneven heat. Broken kitchen pull out trash bins which we didn’t use in order not to cause more damage. While we enjoyed the Golf Carts - the paper work was hard to navigate and given to us at the last minute -(2 days before we arrived) wanting so much info and then it would erase over and over - impossible! Especially when you have to use a cell phone - we are older but we have done many forms, waivers etc but this was a royal pain in the tail! We LOVED our third story bedroom with a sitting area in and outside overlooking the beach and gulf - We’d do it again!

Family Vacation

This was a fabulous house so close to the beach, plenty of room for a family of 10. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath, the kitchen was well equipped for cooking breakfast every morning, and a couple evenings. The views are amazing! The golf cart was a great bonus, the elevator and the ADA room worked out great for our family member. We would definitely book here again! If we had any questions they were answered in a matter of minutes! This house was perfect for our family and we made many memories, it was a blast!

Great location

Right next to Red Bar and easy walk to the beach. House comes with beach chairs and umbrellas in case you forget yours. Golf cart is a nice perk also. If I have any issue with the house it’s that most of the bathrooms are tiny. The doors actually touch when open in the jack and Jill bathroom. A couple of the rooms have no closet just a rack to hang your clothes on. Pool is just a big trough. Overall this a really good house and I would not discourage anyone from booking it unless those items I pointed out are disqualifiers for you.

Family Mid September Get Together (14 adults)

House was perfect. Kitchen was exceptional in every way. Easily managed meals for 14 people without any difficulties. Little things like water hoses to wash feet both sides of the house and 2 beach wagons. Plenty of porch and balcony space. Quick access to sandy Grayton Beach. We were very fortunate to have ideal weather and calm seas during the week we were there during hurricane season. The fact that two hurricanes straddled our stay was the only reservation that I would have booking a Fall trip to the area (Sept 14th) Special Shout Out to the people at Liv Vacations Rentals who provided exceptional support during the initial move in. Definitely recommend their company (went above and beyond hand holding).

Gorgeous modern home for large groups!

We loved this property! Steps away from the beach. Steps away from great restaurants. Golf cart ride or tram ride away from great shopping. The host was easy to reach when needed. There is no need to go anywhere else! It was wonderful! We will definitely be back.

Fabulous home...fantastic location!!

Fantastic stay for our annual family vacation. The home had every amenity needed and what it didn't have, Management was eager to accommodate. Management was quick to respond with fantastic communication. We would definitely rebook here again.

Love Weekend!

We booked our stay over Valentine's Weekend. Positive - The house looks just like it does in the pictures and very clean. Management company is very responsive and attentive. Negative, if there is one - the bathrooms are small. While the positive is that there is a bathroom in every room, they are small. That being said, we would rent this property again.

The Perfect House

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We’ve been coming to 30-A for 15 years and I think this particular house has the best collection of amenities and accommodations that we’ve encountered. Perfect distance from the beach and restaurants. perfect arrangement of bedrooms and perfect level of finishes for all the appliances and other fixtures. The property manager was super responsive and fixed a minor issue within an hour. Five stars all around.

Grayton mansion

Water damage and subsequent fans and dehumidifiers we a nuisance,but otherwise a great house., great location and an overall excellent stay. I'm sure the above will be fixed in the near future. Will certainly rent again in the future.

4th at the beach

This home is AMAZING! beautifully and thoughtfully designed, extremely well appointed and gorgeous views. I was nervous being so close to the restaurant, but we couldn’t even here them at night and it was very convenient. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
