Favorite property and location!

This was my second time staying at this property, and hopefully jt won’t be the last! The house is always immaculate, and it’s in a wonderful location with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants - yet it’s SO peaceful!

Perfect size house for 8 people. Everything was very clean and had everything you needed from lots of towels to beach chairs and umbrellas etc. We enjoyed the deck up top and the screened in porch outside was another spot to hang out in. The location was the best!! Walk to beach or bike. We used golf cart to haul everything to the stairs then just parked it back at the house to walk to beach. Great neighborhood!!! The kids walked to the pizza place and ice cream shop daily. We enjoyed the little welcome July 4th week gift. Very thoughtful!! We would definitely book here again.

The perfect spot in Seagrove

The house was perfect for our vacation! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of room for our group of 8, and the beds were incredibly comfortable (I’m seriously considering changing my mattress to match the ones in this house!). The decor is beautiful, and the place was spotless. Not to mention the kitchen was fully stocked. We loved being so close to some amazing restaurants like Mi Casita, Angelina’s, and Cafe 30A. The outdoor shower was a lifesaver for getting the extra sand off before coming inside. Two of my favorite spots in the house were the screened-in porch, which was perfect for enjoying morning coffee, and the upstairs outdoor patio. The sitting area there was awesome for watching sunsets. Property manager Brittany was super responsive and attentive. Highly recommend this place!
