"I loved my several days at 30-A Inn & Suites. It is located on the famous 30-A Beach road by the beautiful Beaches of South Walton County, Florida. The hotel is run like an Air B&B or Vrbo. No front desk. All is handled through texts. The day before you arrive, fill out a short form and supply a CC for incidentals (you will not be charged unless you cause damage). Check-in instructions and directions are provided with a code to enter the room. There is cleaning and staff available upon request if needed. The management texted to ask how I was doing and offered to help with anything. I felt well attended to. The hotel is across from Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, very near beaches, eateries, shops, Etc. Silver Sands Outlet Mall is a short drive away. There are lots of things to do. Seaside Village, where The Truman Show (starring Jim Carrey) is nearby as well as lots of other Beach Communities, a highly touristy area. The grounds and my room were well maintained, nicely decorated, and furnished with more than I needed. My room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. A wedding was held at the chapel next door during my stay, but there was no issue with noise or parking. There are both stairs and an elevator for those staying on the 2nd or 3rd floors. An ice machine is on the bottom floor by the elevator. Highly recommended. "
