This newly renovated, spacious and quiet, 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath Condo sits on 30 A and Big Redfish Lake with Views from the peaceful patio of the perfect Emerald waters of the Gulf. Stand-up Paddle Board, kayak or fish on the lake or Gulf. Walk never-ending miles on the softest sandy beaches and most beautiful water in the U.S. The amenities include 4 pools (1 heated in winter months), 2 hot tubs, grills, firepit, spacious fitness center, 2 beach chairs & umbrella. In-unit washer/dryer. The condo is perfect for a longer-stay rental. There is plenty of storage, a desk and printer in the master bedroom, a large pantry, beach closet filled with everything you would need for a day at the beach, as well as plenty of beach towels. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit. The ceilings are 10 feet, which really adds to the spaciousness of the condo. The decor is atonal and pleasing and the views from the private patio are outstanding, with occasional visits from deer.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
