Beautiful Condo In Blue Mountain Beach On 30-A

Redfish Village is a beautiful well staffed condo development on 30-A. This beautifully designed condo is appointed with top of the line luxury and comfort in mind. Professionally decorated with all the comforts of home, it includes 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It has a large kitchen, with granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. The condo also has walk in closets, hardwood flooring, and a large private balcony. The unit includes a full size washer and dryer, microwave, stove top and oven. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms have queen size beds. There is also a fold out sleeper sofa that will sleep two comfortably. The amenities include private beach access and bath houses for owners and guest with two beach chairs and umbrella for rent. Other amenities include heated swimming pool and smaller additional pool, village green, children's playground, Redfish Lake, and four stainless steel gas grills at the poolside. The private beach entrance is approximately 600 feet from Redfish Village or a five and a half minute walk from the elevator. This unit also includes four smart TV's, and wifi cable internet service so bring along your streaming passwords. Guest can also use the owner's lounge which includes a well equipped work out room, library, living room with large TV, and a meeting room. Minutes away from Seaside. The condo comes with a reserved parking space in a covered garage as well as ample parking in the lot. We have elevator access to the condo which is on the third level. The condo and complex are wheel chair friendly. Please note the board of the condo association does not allow renters to have pets and they strictly enforce their policy.

This place is convenient to everywhere on 30A , Red Fish Taco on site was awesome, private beach access was nice, pool was beautiful. Our condo was spacious and clean. Only room for improvement would be the fitness center, too small and hot

Great condo!

Our condo was great - very roomy and really enjoyed sitting on the balcony each night and enjoying live music from Redfish Taco. While you might not be able to see the gulf from this place, you could hear the waves and it was relaxing. Communication with owner was outstanding!

Love Redfish Village!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful VRBO property, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The location was perfect, only a short 5 minute walk to the beach and walkable to many restaurants. The amenities provided were top-notch, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Luke was responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back to visit Redfish Village!

Owner was very prompt with any questions Condo location was great ! We could of used a map or diagram to locate private beach acess We never found it so just used public 1 block over Few items need repaired in condo and could use a deep clean , dusting !! Reccomend replacing some of the pots and pans stainless would be excellent!! We will definitely book again !! Nice touches - specious, lots of beds & TVs , extra towels , linens , air fryer!

Perfect location for a family vacation

This property had everything our family needed for an amazing week at the beach. The condo is spacious, clean and comfortable. Our kids were huge fans of the pool and playground. We enjoyed walking or riding rental bikes to the beach and loved the beautiful access for the Redfish property guests and owners. There are some great restaurants within walking distance, but none are better than Redfish Taco. Blue Mountain beach has it all and we will defintely be back.

The condo and pool was great even though the mattress in the main bedroom didn't agree with me. Lots of room for 6 adults and 2 grandchildren The walk to the beach and the steps down to the beach was a little much .But overall it was great.

30A Songwriter Fest

My wife and I have stayed at Redfish Village before, although a different unit. We love the location. We enjoyed our stay in this property. I thought the furniture was fine; my wife thought it was dated. The owner was VERY responsive and the check-in instructions were thorough and easy. Our main complaint is a major issue with a noise that came from the unit above. It would occur randomly at odd hours (usually when we were sleeping or napping), and would wake at least one of us each time (and we have our own bedrooms). The noise was a WHOOSHING ROAR, and it seemed to come from just above where the hallway, kitchen, and door to the master BR meet. It would last from between 10 and 30 minutes. I haven't read the other reviews to see if anyone else mentions it.
