Cool down the summer hot in this beautiful salt pool which sizes 10 x 5 meters and has a depth that goes from 0.8 to 2 meters. You can also sunbathe on one of the sunbeds or protect yourself from the sun under the umbrella. the house has several outside corners where you will disconnect and enjoy the peace and the quietness of the countryside. Maybe you feel like a bike excursion? There are several bikes available at the house. Under the porch you can have a snack before having lunch or have dinner outdoors enjoying the environment and the wonderful views. The res also a ping pong table. The property is fenced and there are no many neighbours around so privacy is total.

The 250 m2 is divided into 2 floor. When you get in, the modern and comfortable style will make you to feel at home.On the ground floor you can have a rest in the modern and luminous living room on one of its sofas or armchairs while you watch TV Sat or coll down with the air conditioning. By the living room, you will find a little dining area where you'll go on enjoying the views. The beautiful eat-in kitchen has a induction cooker, and it is fully equipped, ideal to cook in company since it has a dining table for 6 people and also access to the outside terrace. Also on the ground floor you will find the first of the bedrooms with a double bed, closet and air conditioning, as well as an en suite bathroom with a shower. We have also a bathroom with a shower on this floor.

Upstairs we find the other two bedrooms, both with an en suite bathroom and air conditioning. one of the has a double bed and the other has two single beds. If you are travelling with a baby a cot and a high char are also available. In the house you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, as well as 4 bicycles which can be used free of charge.

The house is very close to the beach, only 10 kms away from Son Serra de Marina, a quiet rocky and sandy beach , ideal for families. All basic services can be found in the town, Santa Margalida, only 2 kms away. You can also visit Alcudia and its port, and enjoy restaurants, bars, shops and water sports. Note: This accommodation is intended for families and guests over 28 years old who are looking for a peaceful stay. Bookings for parties or celebrations are not accepted. A copy of the identification document of all guests will be required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
