Pinocha is a modern and beautiful chalet, equipped with air conditioning, with ocean views and just 300 meters from the beach.
On just one floor, it has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and 4 bathrooms, 2 of them en suite, offering optimal privacy. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the utensils that are needed in everyday life.
The living room - dining room is very pleasant and bright. Here you can get comfortable and watch a movie on TV. It also has air conditioning to ensure your comfort.
Outside there is a large terrace and a furnished porch. Sit back and enjoy the sea views. The private pool invites guests to take a bath to cool off, the pool measures 7 x 4 meters.
In a few steps you´ll reach the port, the sea and the beautiful sandy beach of Can Picafort. On the promenade you can take very nice walks and you will also find shops, restaurants and cafes. This beach is very suitable for families. Those looking for a quieter beach should go to the next bay, the Son Baolo beach. Walking a little further on the beach, you will find a quiet place, even in summer.

Wir kommen gerne wieder !
Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und gepflegt. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 10min und der nächste Supermarkt (Lidl) ist ebenfalls in weniger als 15min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man hat einen wundervollen Ausblick auf den Hafen.
