Incompetent front desk staff. They could not locate my pre-paid Expedia reservation. Then, after about 30-min discussion, the pre-payment was allegedly accepted, and yet, I was charged for the room again, and the charges on my credit card do not match the settled bill that I have requested at the check-out. It borderlines to the fraud, since one of the staff members (at the front desk on Sunday, 8/3/2025 morning) refused to achnolaged my pre-payment, stating that the erroneous charges are intentional. In addition - the same staff member hanged up on me, when I insisted on my pre-payment claim. Terrible experience, probably the worst I ever had in years of my extensive travel.
