Really clean, the place was better/bigger than what it was post on Vrbo. The communication by email is great. The location is a little bit far from the center of Santa Cruz and there is no parking. It was difficult sometimes to find a place for the car.

A lovely spacious apartment and always quiet. Cooking facilities are poor with just a microwave and a hob which didn't respond most of the time. Don't leave any food out...even a few toast crumbs and you have ANTS. Very short walk to the tram which takes you to the centre and the bus station. Bed very comfortable and apart form the cooking the place is really well appointed. If you don't intend cooking there its superb.

El parque nacional no fue en absoluto de nuestro interés. Hay muchas cosas bastante más interesantes como restaurantes, arquitectura, iglesias, pueblos, mercados. Terrible la zona para estacionar. En promedio mas de 1/2 hora para buscar puesto entre las 7 y las 8 pm. Es la cultura europea del minimalismo. Bien pudiesen hacer un estacionamiento cercano. Terrible de verdad y estresante. POr otro lado nunca nos comunicamos con el propietario ni sabemos quién es.

Die Haustür reagierte nicht auf den Code. Wir waren k.o, es war spät rund dunkel, die Agentur nicht per Telefon zu erreichen. Zum Glück haben uns die Mieter im Erdgeschoss gehört und geöffnet. Ohne Licht am Handy hätten wir die Nummern nicht sehen können. Danach lief alles gut. Sehr freundlich eingerichtetes Appartement.in interessanter Wohngegend.
