Beautiful loft in the heart of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in one of the most important arteries of the capital, a few steps from the Plaza del Príncipe, Calle Castillo and the main points of interest in the area. A single space, modern and designed for teleworking, with air conditioning, desk, a powerful Wifi fibre Internet connection and a pleasant terrace with views of the city. With a privileged location, surrounded by shops, restaurants and everything you need around.

This beautiful loft is ideal for couples and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 2 people. Completely exterior, distributed in a single open space with a lot of character where the different rooms of the house are reflected. It has a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a work area with an office and a screen to connect a computer. There is also a small terrace with views of the city, where you can have an aperitif while enjoying the atmosphere of the area. The whole room has air conditioning and fibre Wifi Internet.

Great apartment for a couple

Me and my partner stayed in the apartment for one week and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with big windows and plenty of light, a comfortable living room for lounging on the couch, desk to do some computer work and dining table for playing cards or dining at home. It's located in the center so there are a lot of people around and sometimes the noice from the streets disturbed us a litle bit, but not much. We would gladly stay there again.
