"The gentleman at the desk was trying someone and he was so very rude. I was told that there was a $100 deposit which I had no idea at the time I reserved. He pointed at a sign on the tall desk, mind you I’m only 4’11” I said okay no worries but when will I get my deposit back. He rudely said “if you don’t smoke or trash our room you will get your deposit back” I was taken back by his rudeness. My son then asked what time is breakfast? He looked up at us with annoyance and point passed us and said “ you see that restaurant it’s a Cuban restaurant if you want breakfast you can buy there” The hotel was nice modern and very clean, but the front desk person was beyond rude. The gentleman that was in training was so nice and kind. I would stay at the facility again only if I wasn’t treated with such rudeness again."
