The staff was friendly and room was OK. Beds and pillows were nice. Location was good. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap. Shampoo provided in small one-use packages and didn't really lather, nor did the small bar of soap. It wasn't terrible, but at the same time for almost $200 per nite I would love to have decent body washing supplies and maybe coffee in the room. There was a keurig in the office, though. Small microwave and fridge in the room. We also had another fridge in the room that was not plugged in and not sure if it was cleaned recently. Things were just slightly odd. Desk and chairs were functional but it seems they've been there for decades. Weekend was busy with college open houses so in comparison, this was a deal.

The location is very convenient, close to restaurants and the freeway. I stayed on the top floor, the floor was a little creaky in a particular spot. There was a refrigerator (with freezer) and a microwave. The bed was a little creaky as well and could use a couple more sheets in between the mattress and the comforter, but overall I slept comfortably.

Room was not ready. Ladies don’t speak English,i requested another room but it was the worse experience I’ve have. Lot of noise on the floor above me, I didn’t sleep at all. Dog bar king on the room Nextdoor and when i complained with the chinese man, he was rude and mad. Never go to this place if you need to rest

Great hotel! It’s close to many dining options, many within walking distance. Not too from downtown Santa Barbara. Beds are comfortable, neighborhood is quiet, not too much traffic, less than 5 mins from the freeway.
