All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everyone spoke fluent English. The hotel was beautiful, unfortunately we had lots of ants in our room. The pool was nice and we had a walk out room which was wonderful. The on site restaurant was amazing with a large delicious breakfast buffet. The bar and lunch/dinner menus were great too. A short walk to the bus, the beach, Ushuaia, and a zillion shops and restaurants.

We loved our stay here. The hotel made everything so easy for us and were there 24/7. I would definitely come back and stay here again. The beach, shops and bars were all in walking distance. We hired a car through the hotel and drive around the island to experience the beautiful island.

Great apartment spacious & spotlessly clean. My nine & ten yr old children loved the pool and the cabana style beds for a bit of respite from the sunshine. Breakfast was all you need really, Clean and modernish looking in communal places . Friendly, polite & welcoming staff. Easy access to all shops & beautiful beach. Alas didn’t go for the night life so can’t say much about clubs!

overall good stay

Enjoyed my stay at beano lovely apartments with nice pool area and in a great location. Only issue was air con was dodgy last few days and the walls are a bit thin could here everything from people talking to running water and the noise from the traffic was terrible.
