Villa West Coast is a Moroccan style house, ideal for a comfortable and relaxing holiday with a spectacular sea view and direct access to the beach, overlooking the beach of Cala Moni.
Outside the private pool 12,5 mt x 6.5 mt surrounded by several desks with sunbeds and umbrellas.

beautiful panoramic view, covered terraces with summer dining room, a barbecue to enjoy moments together,entering inside a spacious living room with TV, sofas and the fireplace. A modern full equipped kitchen.

The Villa is developed on 600m2, it has 6 bedroom (4 with TV) with bathroom outside, shared, and can accommodates 12 person.
Three rooms has the direct access to the terrace, one with double bed and two with twin beds. Other two bedrooms has twin beds, the last bedroom has two twin beds plus a single bed.

Villa West Coast has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a car parking.
It’s possible to arrive at the beach by a path directly from the property.

Rental rules
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
Children welcome
Guests are requested to drop off their garbage bags in the containers provided for this purpose when they leave the house. Garbage collection service at house door does not exist in Ibiza.
In low and mid season, a fee may apply if consumption of heat and electricity is higher than average.
It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval
No safety fence around the pool
Pool has no swimming guard
Running water of some houses in Ibiza is slightly salty. This percentage may increase when the tourist season is at its peak
Smoking is not allowed inside the house
The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.

Amount of security deposit : 6 000.00 EUR
Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)
