Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, the open floor plan living room, dining area and kitchen are decorated in sunshine yellow with Spanish tile throughout. The living room has a sleeper sofa, 42-inch HDTV with premium channels, high vaulted ceilings and a two-story wrap-around screened porch. The dining area includes a glass table with seating for eight. The fully-furnished kitchen has granite counter tops, raised white cabinets, a bar counter with stools, and new glass cooktop range. The first level also offers a full bathroom with walk-in shower and guest bedroom with queen bed and 32-inch HDTV. Upstairs, you will find a second guest bedroom with two double beds, a 39-inch Smart HDTV with internet apps, and a guest bathroom with walk-in shower. The spacious master suite has vaulted ceilings, a king bed, 39-inch Smart HDTV with internet apps, large walk-in closet, and a private master bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate garden tub. High speed Wi-Fi throughout. The private, ground-level garage has a full-size washer and dryer, beach chairs, beach umbrella, pool & beach toys for the children. Family Vacation

We experienced the absolutely perfect week with our family and this condo made it eleven better! There was more than enough space for us to enjoy time with each other. We enjoyed family meals - even cooking in the well equipped kitchen. The property was beautifully maintained. We did experience construction noise, but we understand that Sanibel is still working to recover from Hurricane Ian. The property description included 4 bicycles in the amenities; however, there were not any bicycles included with the property. We rented bikes for our family and enjoyed riding along bike paths.
