The staff were very helpful, though, in the breakfast room it was difficult to tell staff from guests. They booked both transfers we required which helped . We stayed two nights, and so didn’t raise the issue that if there was aircon in the room, we couldn’t make it work, and the room book had no information. The room was hot, and the window small, so a fan , if no aircon, would have helped, but I didn’t raise the issue so would not rate based on that. However, previous reviews comment on the heating not working, so maybe both need addressing? Ideal location, we would recommend
