Gorgeous grand Tuscan style hotel with beautiful architecture, artwork, piazza and gardens. Everything was upscale, clean and attractive. Spacious comfortable room with excellent bedding and amenties. Cello restaurant was wonderful. Beautiful setting, close to Sensorio.

The location was beautiful. The rooms were really dated. The carpets were pretty dirty and the couch in the room looked like it was falling apart and extremely dirty. The room itself was clean. We were put in the furthest room from the elevator, and it was a huge trek and super inconvenient. The gym was also very tiny and pretty bare- which was disappointing. All of this was pretty lame for the price per night.

Resort was beautiful! Food in dining area was excellent. We did not care for the floor in our room. The lack of carpeting of any kind made the room feel cold and hollow. We also ordered room service, but there was only a low cocktail table to eat at. Very uncomfortable. Room was very clean. Staff was great for the most part. One hostess in the dining area was a bit aloof.

We had a very nice suite on the backside overlooking the hill and vineyard. Very quiet. Two parts to the suite, where the separate part was the lounge area. Grounds are wonderful with many art objects. Breakfast is very good with a nice selection. Will definitely be back again.

We had a wonderful 3 night, 4 day stay in October. My husband and I have stayed at Allegretto many times but brought friends during this visit. There were 5 couples and everyone was blown away by the beauty of the resort. The cleanliness and the friendly service was amazing. Cello's Ristorante has excellent food!!! Their wine is fantastic, too!!! Everyone said they will come back to visit this special place!!!
