I was very disappointing because I booked a ocean view with 1 king size bed.. And they gave me 2 twin beds .. I was told the only guarantee ocean view.. me and my girlfriend was very upset.. Then we was told if we give you a king-size bed I won't have ocean view.. This place sucks and is going down hill.. Pool was under so called construction.. I will not stay there again..

The smell of mildew was unbearable, the roof was caving in, and mold on the wall. This was for the regular rooms.
Didn’t inform us pool was closed. Beach area had no chairs or umbrellas for their guests. No staff was present at front desk. We had a room for 4 and they only gave us 2

Great staff all around. The property was right on the beach. Check-in and out was very smooth. Shopping, dinning and live entertainment was within walking distance. We will return.
The hotel is not a hotel, is more like a time share in bad shape. Lots of unfinished construction and the pool even though is advertised as one of the major amenities has been out of service for more than a year without any warning. I would definitely not recommend this facilities
Hotel cleaning employees rummaged through my personal things,, they did not respect the DO NOT DISTURB sign. Completely unprofessional
Service was great. However the room and bathroom were dirty, and worst of all we got bitten by bed bugs. The building itself is very dated but it’s in a great location.
I've stayed here several times. I like the location but the rooms are dated and the pool has been closed over a year
The property is under construction, so yes needs work and they are working on it. The hotel is clean and the grounds are kept. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpfull. They responded very quickly and sent what i asked for to my room quickly (towels, dish soap and toiletries) It is a fantastic location on the beach, close to restaurants, grocery stores, the airport and highways. Its 20 minutes from Old San Juan, 10 minutes to la plaza del mercado, 15 minutes to piñones. I would definitely stay here again
The workers were very friendly. I would stay there again but the only problem was there were no vending machines or housekeeping available when needled but other than that i would stay there again.

I would like to get a refund. I check out the same day. The property was full of bugs, smelled and had mold. The pool was not functional and the balcony door was not working. I want to get a refund as I did not spend the night. The website does not represent the hotel correctly. It should be a 1 to 2 star. Again, I want a refund.
