Minutes to beaches and restaurants in Luquillo. This combined property offers 2 separate units next to one another for your group to enjoy. Separate entrances, each with their own air conditioned bedroom, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas and a shared outdoor overview deck. Located 40 minutes from San Juan and Metro area, 15 minutes to Rain Forest tours and less than 5 minutes to beaches, Luquillo Kiosks, and plaza makes for an ideal location to explore Puerto Rico.

Spacious, renovated and clean private apartments with warm touches throughout. Both units have air conditioned bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout make for a comfortable stay. Enjoy wonderful ocean breezes on the balcony and main living area. Fully stocked kitchens with all the necessities you will need to cook throughout your stay. Bathrooms have all the towels soaps and essentials to help make packing a little lighter. We provide beach chairs and cooler for your excursions to the beach and rain forest. This space has a maximum of 4 guest per booking. One suite accommodates two guess the other suite accommodates up to 2 guest: Each space has it's own private balcony and a shared main deck in the front. Giving you privacy in your units with shared area. The bedrooms have queen and full size beds, closet, luggage rack and small dresser. Living areas both have couches, dining areas, coffee tables and smart TV's with Wifi.

We are located in the heart of Luquillo making exploring everything from San Juan metro area (40 mins), rain forest (15 mins), Luquillo beaches, kiosks, restaurants and shopping (5 minutes), Fajardo beaches (15 min), ferry in Ceiba to Culebra and Vieques (20 mins) all withing a short drive.

It is suggested to rent a vehicle during your stay. Getting Uber and Taxi outside the metro area can be difficult.

Guest will have access to both units, and the oversized large deck in front of the suites.

Please note this is not a party house. Only the people on the reservation are permitted to occupy the space at any time. Lost keys will result in a $50 charge per set. Any signs of smoking in the units will result in additional cleaning charges at check out.

Ocean View Suites are located up in a residential neighborhood at the top of the hill. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, you will find the Coqui's chirping at night and an occasional rooster call welcoming you to a new morning.

At the house three vehicle is accepted for your stay and parking is on the side of the house in the street by the entrance. It is strongly suggested to rent a vehicle for this property and area in general. Please also note it is a second story walk up for both units.

Please remember this is an island and electricity may fail on occasions. Although we hope this will not happen during your stay , it is unfortunately out of our control.
We are proud to keep a clean home, however it is normal to find insects in this tropical environment.
