Additional Disclosures:
The view is great because of the 45 steps you will need to climb from the street. There is also a step up jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Also there are a couple of cats, raccoons, skunks, and parrots that make the rounds outside the property, just in case you have severe allergies to animals. No pets/animals have been allowed in the rental unit, so it has always been pet/animal free. However if you have severe allergies to cats, you SHOULD NOT stay here!

The unit is cleaned on a basic cleaning (not Clean Freak) standard before arrival of guests. If you are a "Clean Freak white glove inspection” type who likes to look for flaws in the unit and not disclose them to me within 24 hours of arrival so I can correct any issues, and rather disclose such issues 1 week later to satisfy your desire to be an “internet critic” or try to extract a subsequent discount on the daily rate, then please DO NOT stay here.
