Amazing place

Staying here provided just the relaxation we were looking for...we stayed here with family and we felt right at home. The accommodations were perfect , the view was spectacular and the location couldn't be beat. It's located very close to Belmont Park so you can easily walk everywhere. We felt very safe and we would definitely want to spend time here again. You won't be dissapointed.

Great Stay

We loved our time spent at this property. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. We loved the views of the ocean and walks along the water front. Volleyball courts nearby as well as city basketball courts. Easy access to other areas of San Diego and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Ideal Long Weekend Getaway

Beautiful place right on South Mission Beach. Easy walk to coffee, a couple of restaurants and a market. Rest of all San Diego has to offer a pretty easy drive away. Is first floor, right on boardwalk in highly populated area, but noise/privacy not an issue with that in mind. Great selection of beach gear available for use. Property manager was easy to communicate with, although we really didn’t have much need during our stay. Would highly recommend the property!

Stunning

This rental was more than we could have expected. Beautiful decorated inside and stunning views of the pacific. Loved watching sunsets and lots of volleyball action on the beach. Great location.

Amazing vacation!

The property was perfect in every respect and the owners and property management company truly thought of everything. Walking right out to the beach made a beach visit so much simpler with young kids. The outdoor furniture made enjoying the view and ambience amazing. The inside of the condo was immaculate and everything we needed was there, from the kitchen to the family room. We loved our vacation and definitely will return!

Finally a getaway!

Book with confidence!!! The pictures look great, but the property is even better! There were 4 of us (3 adults, 1 9 year old) and the space was more than perfect. The beach access out the front door was easily the highlight, especially sitting on the front patio each evening with a glass of wine watching the sunset. We also enjoyed the easy 10 minute walk along the strand to Mission Beach amusement area, for those days we wanted a little more action. Otherwise, this location is quiet, easy, functional and perfect for a little beach getaway. Additionally, we also had a minivan and parking it in the designated spot was not problem at all. Communication was quick and easy and check in/out process was incredibly simple.

Perfect Spring Break

Beautiful sunsets, sand and sun. The house is perfect. South Mission Beach is serene. The sand/beach/ocean are RIGHT THERE. Great walks. Bike to Pacific Beach (short, level, EASY ride). Good restaurants. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

Wonderful Beach House

If you are looking for a place on Mission Beach, with a great patio, this place is for you. No need to bring any of your beach accessories, this place had it all. Also a bike rack and another side gate that was locked so you can lock up all your bikes. We have booked it again because we loved the place so much.

Beautiful, clean property, with indoor/outdoor living

This property was the perfect location for our family getaway during this COVID-19 quarantine. The property is right on the beach, bottom level, with a huge outdoor space. Lounge chairs are included, so it was ok that we were not able to lay on the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the dishes that we needed for cooking all of our meals. There is a grill that we made good use of, along with a perfect out door eating area. The pictures included in the listing of this property are 100% accurate - every detail has been taken to make this the perfect beach get away. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Location on MB Boardwalk

Great location, very clean and well equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, outdoor seating. The pocket doors in the living area to the outdoor patio were superb! Perfect location near the south end of MB. Parking was tight, but to be expected and the sizing information from the property manager was accurate. The only improvement I would recommend is for greater water pressure in the showers.
