Pets welcome with approval. The property is located so conveniently to Balboa Park, downtown, and the beaches. We have towels and beach chairs for your use. There is off street parking and walking distance to one of San Diego hippest neighborhood.

Perfect location in the neighborhood I wanted to explore. Quiet overall, despite a great wealth of nightlife and dining options nearby (Zarape, Ska Bar, Incredible Cheesecake, Iyoti Bihanga, etc.)
