Beach & Bay: Walk to the famous Mission Beach Boardwalk, a 2.75-mile stretch that's perfect for jogging, biking, rollerblading, and people-watching. On the bay side, enjoy the serene waters, ideal for kayaking, paddleboarding, and family picnics.
50 steps to the beach (surf, sunbathe, or stroll the boardwalk)
50 steps to Mission Bay (calm waters, paddle boarding, and biking)
