Welcome to our 3BR 3BA centrally located 2-story Townhome in America's Finest City! This is a peaceful place to kick-back and enjoy time with family and friends. Key features: 2 Private parking spaces (garage and outdoor), fully-equipped kitchen with coffee and tea bar, fully stocked bathrooms and soaps, beautiful coastal living room with Fire TV and Mini-split AC/heater, large private outdoor patio with BBQ Grill and fire pit, large washer/dryer.

Just a quick 5-7 minute drive to amazing restaurants! North park, south park, and Mission Vally malls. 10 minutes from the Zoo and Balboa park, 17 minutes from Famous Coronado beach, 16 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Downtown. So much to do!

3 beautiful bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. 2 private parking spaces exclusively for guests-one in Private Garage!

Beach chairs, beach towels, and 2 boogie boards available for beach days! Also, Free weights, kettle bells, and exercise bands in the garage for those who want to work-out!

Other things to note
Please note there is only a mini split A/C and Heater unit in the downstairs living room. There is no A/C or heaters upstairs in the bedrooms. Each room has a ceiling fan and floor fans can be requested from host if needed. One Space heater is provided and extra blankets are in each closet.
