Horrible overall

The room is nothing like the pictures it demonstrates I rented a room with a king bed and queen and got 2 queen beds was so tired from our trip didn't want to make it a fuss. Hotel looks like a crack house

Everything about it was horribel the towels were stained the furniture was broken, you can tell it was freshly painted because it smelled like it was. I spoke to the front desk to get a late check out but i was told no. All in all it was horrible.

I had booked 2 rooms with double bed and they rented them out after i had paid in advance for them so 6 adults and a toddler had to fit in 1 king size bed in each room they couldn't do anything about it and we were so tired after a long day and everything else near-by were booked out

The front office was not open, transaction were done through the night window...A $20 deposit was required...there were no bedside lamps,...there was no security chain on the door, the deadlock didn't work...there was no ice bucket...the TV wasn't plugged in .... the worst Motel 6 I've ever stayed in

It was horrible and I called hotels.con and they refused to refund me or credit the night because the property said i was there 13 minutes. 5 to park 3 to take minutes and 5 mi it’s to get back to office and check out and get my $20 deposit

Not cleaned,extension cord needed as electrical outlets dont work worker had attitude they had to provide electric pad to use tv and micro and fridge very rude and demeaning front desk WEEKEND worker.Told me ITS OK NOTHING works not even phone. PAID FOR DELUXE ROOM no refund or exchange of room because of conditions.. no access to “FREE” wifi.. I guess DELUXE was no bed bugs and entertain in form of prostitues outside my door and banging on walls all night.
