almost clean
At first glance, everything looked clean but when my grandkids went to bed, (in the room with all the bunkbeds) they were complaining about "powder and/or dust" on their pillows and blankets. When we went to check it out, there was indeed a thick layer of dust on the top bunks and when you slapped the pillows, there was a bunch of dust that came out. Thank goodness, they had brought their own blankets but my oldest granddaughter, who is allergic to dust, spent the night sneezing. We had to wash all the sheets and blankets the next day. I'm guessing that room doesn't get used much. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.

Great location for skiing Brighton and Snowbird!
We loved this property! It was exactly as advertised. We had 6 friends (3 couples).. the dining room table was large enough for all of us, the kitchen was open and roomy, and the hot tub was perfect after full days of skiing. I’ll add that the hot water heater went out on Saturday evening and communication with staff members and manager was spot on! They had someone out at 830 Sunday morning and brought in two new hotwater heaters- plenty of hot water for all of us!! We had a great stay and We will definitely be back!

Not what we expected
Sadly the property was not ready when we arrived. We had booked this for our son's wedding weekend and we had the bride's family coming for dinner in just an hour after we arrived. House was not clean, Christmas decor still up. ??? Wish we could have had a better stay.

Great location
This property is located in well maintained and peaceful neighborhood located close to multiple mountain resorts.
The property owner and manager are very responsive and friendly.
The main con is an extremely slow internet connection. Don't try to work remotely from here. Just enjoy your stay and relax in the tub instead. :)

A little disappointed
When we first walked in, we noticed the couches being very worn, totally different from pictures. Then we found some dirty ear swabs on the floor. Then one person in our group got stung by a bee by the hot tub. There were a big bee nest by it. The unit temperature didn’t stay consistent. Some places like the living room was very cold, and some bedrooms were very warm. Even when we shut off the cool setting on the thermometer, the fan constantly ran still and it was loud. Beds were hard, pillows were flat and uncomfortable. I feel these things are pretty essential for a comfortable stay so I won’t be staying here again.

Perfect for large groups
This property is excellent for a large group because the home provides a good gathering area but enough space to have privacy. Parking can be a challenge but it’s worth it for the price and the house.

The best yet!
We are a group of 5 older men who have been enjoying a week of skiing together in Utah for the past 20 years. We always rent a condo in the Cottonwood Heights area and through the years have rented many to meet our very individual needs. This condo was the best by far. We enjoyed the large, updated, and well equipped kitchen and the open concept to the large dining area. This made for great socialization during meals. The 5 bathrooms were great for us since we each had our own. Everything worked well. In the spirit of continuous improvement, we will be sending a separate email with a list of suggestions to make this excellent property even better. We hope that these suggestions will be received in the spirit they are given. All things being equal, we will be back next year!

Great house for family or multiple couples on a ski vacation
Great location; close to groceries, ski rental shops, and only a 20 to 40 minute drive to six different resorts. Fast, easy access to the airport.
The lay out allows folks to socialize or watch TV on the lower level; cook and socialize on the mid levels, leaving quiet bedrooms on the third level. The huge dining room table was great for game nights with lots of extra seating around the kitchen island to accommodate a cheering section.
When it was icy someone came by and salted the driveway without us having to ask!
Their crew also came by to put out the garbage & recycling on the correct pick-up day AND brought the cans back in.
Thank you for sharing your home ...we would definitely consider coming again.

Spacious, real furniture, lots of bathrooms, good communication, highly recommend it.
Everything we needed and then some, with spare real beds left over after our group of eight adults was accommodated. The furniture is heavy, solid pieces, comfortable, nice feel. We needed an iron, it showed up immediately. Very clean, huge kitchen, lots of bathrooms. No keys or key cards to fiddle with, just a pass code that worked well evey time. One or two carpets ready for a shampoo, but don't let that deter you from booking this place. We loved it. Thanks Charlotte, it was perfect!

Ok at Best - We will not be back
We were very disappointed when we arrived. The master bedroom sheets had blood on them...literally. The comforter was supposed to be white but had yellowed...so gross. Every VRBO home we've stayed in in the past was very comfortable...extra blankets, cozy, board games, plenty of dishware, etc. We had to request extra blankets, there was hardly anything hanging on the walls, no games - just did not give that cozy, welcoming feeling. The fireplace gave off a propane/strong smell, and we could not use it comfortably. The pictures are not accurate online. To the positive, they have beautiful new granite in the kitchen. To the negative, the hot tub is not private or fenced as pictured, and there is no view. You sit just outside your neighbors door/window (who are thankfully nice). The decor is not welcoming either...white walls with black furniture and red curtains. The off-white, long carpet seemed yucky as well, especially for a rental property. I am only giving this a 2 because the property mgmt company was attentive to our complaints, and the location is great for hiking and skiing. We will not be visiting again.

Location and Space
This was our third year at #5 and it was like coming home in Utah. You can't beat the location for skiing the Small and Big Cottonwood canyons. Very easy access to 215 and Park City area and downtown. Charlotte, the local manager was very helpful in making our stay just right by dropping off more wine glasses:) The size and spaciousness will meet a wide variety of group size needs. Location to supermarkets, ski rental shops is ideal.
